This charming establishment is situated in the historical centre of the town, which is one of the most traditional wine centres in Europe. Its old cellars and buildings bear witness to many centuries of turmoil and periods of prosperity.
The name of the place TORKOLAT means ‘confluence’, and refers to the meeting point of the river Tisza, Hungary’s second largest river with its tributory, the Bodrog.

Torkolat Pension
The Torkolat Pension consists of seven double rooms (rooms from 1 to 7) of which rooms no 1 and no 2 can accommodate an extra bed. The Pension’s dining room has a capacity of 20 seats. Rooms 3 and 4 are on the ground floor with a terrace in front of them facing the garden. Room no 3 is provided with a kitchenette. Rooms 2 and 7 are tower rooms consisting of two floors.
Parking is free in the closed yard. The Pension is particularly suitable for private events of smaller groups.

Magda Guesthouse
The Magda Guesthouse is located 50 meters away from the Torkolat Pension. It consist of four double rooms (rooms numbered from 8 to 12) and a kitchenette (room no 11). Room no 8 can accommodate an extra bed.
The Pension
7 rooms furnished in different styles. The downstairs rooms stand ready for the use of guests with special needs. Parking is free in the closed courtyard.
